Attorney Eduardo J. Gil is a native of Argentina.  He concentrates in all areas of law, including Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Worker’s Compensation, Real Estate, Criminal/Traffic, and Family Law.  Attorney Gil is a 1990 Juris Doctorate graduate of the Northern Illinois University College of Law, and a 1987 undergraduate of Northern Illinois University.

Attorney Gil is a member of the Kane County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers of America, the Illinois Real Estate Lawyer’s Association, and the Aurora Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Attorney Rene Cruz is a native of Panama.  He concentrates in all areas of law, including Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Worker’s Compensation, Real Estate, Criminal, and Family Law.  Attorney Cruz is a 1995 Cum Laude Juris Doctorate graduate from the Northern Illinois University College of Law, and 1992 Cum Laude graduate from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.

Along with being licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the United States' District Courts, Attorney Cruz is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.  He is also an elected Board of Director of the Aurora Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and serves as its legal counsel.

Attorney Jeniffer Smutzer is a native of Illinois.  She concentrates in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, criminal/traffic law and estate planning.  Attorney Smutzer is a 2000 Cum Laude Juris Doctorate graduate of the Northern Illinois University College of Law and a 1998 Cum laude graduate of Illinois State University. Attorney Smutzer is member of the Kane County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Aurora Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Attorney Elizabeth Berrones-Rotchford concentrates in all areas of family law and real estate.  Attorney Berrones-Rotchford is a 1998 Honors graduate from the University of Illinois, with a Bachelor of Arts, and a 2001 Dean’s List Juris Doctorate graduate from the DePaul University College of Law. Attorney Berrones-Rotchford was the Director of the Family Law Program for the Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic from 2001-2004.  She subsequently was employed as a Staff Attorney for the DuPage Bar Legal Aid Service in Wheaton. Attorney Berrones-Rotchford is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois, the Illinois State Bar Association and Aurora Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Attorney Edwin Trinta is a native of Puerto Rico.  He practices in the legal fields of criminal/traffic law, real estate, personal injury, worker’s compensation and general practice.  He is a graduate of the Northern Illinois University College of Law, receiving cum laude honors in 2002, and a 1999 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. As a law student, Attorney Trinta spearheaded a grass roots movement to change the City of Dekalb’s municipal ordinance regarding landlord-tenant relations to the benefit of tenants throughout the City.  He has also volunteered for the Champaign County Health Care Consumers organization, helping to rally and organize health care recipients for fair treatment from health care providers.   Attorney Trinta is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Aurora Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
